"Hunting experience of the Southeast - Hunt an American
Alligator!
Go on the hunt of a lifetime. Ride a boat or airboat into
Florida marshes to hunt an American alligator. With over 30
years of airboating experience, we guarantee you an authentic
and thrilling adventure. Many different hunts are available.
This is your chance to hunt some of the largest alligators
in Florida!
Months available:
January through December
Maximum people to hunt with two experienced
trappers:
1 hunter and 1 guest or 2 hunters.
Minimum cost per night without catching
an alligator:
$500.00
Deposit to guarantee your Hunt Date:
$500.00 (Three weeks notice required)
Guarantee:
Trappers WILL guarantee one 9-foot alligator for a one or
two day hunt. There is NO GUARANTEE for a one or two day hunt
with a request for a specific size alligator larger than 9
feet. 9'0" to 12'11" = $250.00 per foot for whole
animal. Hunter has opportunity if available to choose from
any alligator in boat after night of hunt.
Processing
available:
$15.00 per foot includes fleshing and salting of hide. $1.00
per pound in 5-pound boxes. * $2.00 per pound for special
cuts and packaging other than 5-pound boxes. * ALL MEAT WILL
BE FDA APPROVED AND SEALED TO BE SOLD. (*Costs for shipping/handling
of meat is additional. Processor will buy meat for going wholesale
price.)
Taxidermy
work or tanning of hides available:
At your request, we will sell your hide and/or meat and you
can purchase leather
products or taxidermy work. Time for taxidermy work or tanning
to be completed and delivered = 6 to 9 months. Costs for shipping/handling
of taxidermy pieces or tanned hides is additional.
Lodging
available:
PRIVATE LODGING and meals are available in Bartow, Mulberry,
Lakeland, or Tampa and will be at your own expense. Trappers
will provide transportation from motel to and from hunt locations,
plus snacks and drinks for each night of a hunt.Hunts require
three weeks to schedule due to the time required to receive
an Alligator Agents License from the Florida Fish and Wildlife
Conservation Commission.
